Le s\u00e9chage est une \u00e9tape primordiale du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de transformation et \u00e0 ce titre les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur permettant de chauffer l\u2019air se doivent d\u2019\u00eatre fiables, mais d\u2019\u00eatre aussi des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur hautement efficaces afin de minimiser la facture \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l\u2019usine.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les \u00e9changeurs \u00e0 vapeur (appel\u00e9s commun\u00e9ment serpentins \u00e0 vapeur) sont souvent utilis\u00e9s pour chauffer l\u2019air qui \u00e0 son tour servira \u00e0 ass\u00e9cher la p\u00e2te de bois dans les usines de p\u00e2tes et papiers ou m\u00eame le bois dans les s\u00e9choirs \u00e0 bois. Les fluides caloporteurs les plus utilis\u00e9s pour chauffer l\u2019air sont de l\u2019eau ou un m\u00e9lange glycol-eau (voir notre gamme ICOIL) ou encore de la vapeur (voir notre gamme ISTEAM). L\u2019utilisation de vapeur dans les serpentins apporte parfois certains probl\u00e8mes qui conduisent au bris des serpentins \u00e0 vapeur. Thermofin a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une gamme compl\u00e8te d\u2019\u00e9changeurs \u00e0 vapeur, la gamme ISTEAM, dont la conception thermique et m\u00e9canique a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9e afin de minimiser les risques de bris des serpentins \u00e0 vapeur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une des principales raisons du bris d\u2019un serpentin \u00e0 vapeur est la prise en gel du condensat lorsque les temp\u00e9ratures d\u2019admission de l\u2019air sont en dessous du point de cong\u00e9lation. Une conception utilisant des tubes distributeurs dans les serpentins (voir mod\u00e8le VC de notre gamme ISTEAM) n\u2019est parfois pas suffisante pour emp\u00eacher la prise en gel du condensat dans les tubes du serpentin \u00e0 vapeur. L\u2019\u00e9vacuation du condensat de vapeur doit se faire rapidement afin d\u2019\u00e9viter qu\u2019il ne g\u00e8le dans le serpentin \u00e0 vapeur ou qu\u2019il ne devienne acide et conduise \u00e0 son bris. Thermofin a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le mod\u00e8le AFZ qui permet d\u2019\u00e9vacuer le condensat entre chaque rang\u00e9e de tubes \u00e0 ailettes. L\u2019\u00e9changeur commence \u00e0 se remplir (on parle alors d\u2019\u00e9changeur noy\u00e9) ce qui r\u00e9duit la performance du serpentin \u00e0 vapeur qui entra\u00eene \u00e0 son tour la r\u00e9ouverture brusque du r\u00e9gulateur de vapeur. La pression remonte subitement dans le serpentin chassant violemment le condensat et cr\u00e9e ainsi des coups de b\u00e9lier dans le serpentin \u00e0 vapeur. L\u2019\u00e9changeur se retrouve vid\u00e9 de son condensat, mais cette fois-ci avec une pression de vapeur plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e qui fournit donc un surplus de performance au serpentin \u00e0 vapeur. Le cycle de r\u00e9gulation recommence\u00a0: fermeture du r\u00e9gulateur \u00e0 vapeur, d\u00e9pression dans l\u2019\u00e9changeur, mauvais drainage du condensat dans l\u2019\u00e9changeur, r\u00e9ouverture brusque du r\u00e9gulateur, etc. ce qui conduit \u00e0 des coups de b\u00e9lier dans\u00a0l\u2019\u00e9changeur \u00e0 vapeur. Cette hauteur fait office de collecteur de purge qui a pour but de maintenir une pression suffisante (d\u00fb \u00e0 la colonne d\u2019eau) afin de permettre au condensat d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9 du serpentin \u00e0 vapeur lorsque le brise vide est ouvert.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_custom_heading text=\u00a0\u00bbMauvaise s\u00e9lection du purgeur \u00e0 vapeur\u00a0\u00bb font_container=\u00a0\u00bbtag:h3|text_align:justify\u00a0\u00bb use_theme_fonts=\u00a0\u00bbyes\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1489095190695{margin-bottom: 40px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si le purgeur \u00e0 vapeur est mal s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 ou mal dimensionn\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9vacuation du condensat peut \u00eatre compromise et des bris du serpentin \u00e0 vapeur peuvent survenir suite \u00e0 des coups de b\u00e9lier ou \u00e0 la prise en gel du condensat. De plus lorsque le brise vide est ouvert, de l\u2019air se m\u00e9lange au condensat qui devient acide. Le condensat rendu acide cr\u00e9e de la corrosion dans la partie basse du serpentin \u00e0 vapeur o\u00f9 s\u2019est accumul\u00e9 le condensat de vapeur. La plupart des fuites apparaissent alors dans les parties basses du serpentin \u00e0 vapeur (partie basse du collecteur, tubes du bas, etc.).
